Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Used car purchased for cash PROBLEMS!!!

Early October of 2013 i Purchased for Cash a Daihatsu Sirion Motor car from Imperial Select Wonderboom in Pretoria for my dad in Cape Town. After taking delivery of the car which i needed to get sent down to Cape Town I discovered an unusual clicking sound when turning the steering wheel either left or right.

Upon contacting the salesperson and some serious back and forth the vehicle ended up back at the Wonderboom dealership from Northcliff in Johannesburg. To date 16 December 2013 this car has been with the dealership for over three whole weeks with numerous calls from my side enquiring about the progress of the repairs. I was given the very distinct impression from The salesperson that it would be done when it was done. Need less to say i have been in contact with a Theresa from the Head Office in Menlyn and the Sales manager Pieter all of whom promised faithfully to get back to me with feedback but to no avail. The roadworthy on the vehicle has by now expired as im told it lapses within 60 days of issue. It appears Imperial Select needs to pay the service provider responsible for the repairs but nobody can get this finalised. I have reached my wits end.
