I have emailed Marius van der Merwe, the branch manager of Imperial Roodepoort several times - over several months - since purchasing the car and have never had a reply.
As part of the condition of sale Imperial Roodeporrt undertook to arrange a new license disc for my car and deliver it to me.
Liam Spear was supposed to do this in February 2013.
It is now November 2013 and I still have not received the license disc.
This is disgusting lack of service from Imperial and a breach of the conditions of sale!
I will never trust Imperial car dealerships again!
