Poor & Non Service Delivery!!

Supplier: Imperial Select/Proton, Gezina, Pretoria

I have received absolutely no joy in the service from the above mentioned supplier. My vehicle were bought and collected from this dealership on 2013/08/29, where the sales person and dealership manager were too happy to give me the keys of this new vehicle. A month after I had to phone to find out where my license disc is, only to find out that they lost my documents and would have never let me known if I didn't follow up.

They advised me that the car's roadworthy has expired and I have to come all the way again to put the car through the test station on 2013/11/04. The vehicle was also sold to me without front left brake pads (metal on metal)! They apparently put the car through the test after spending the whole day in the outside sun, and couldn't provide me with papers to proof that the car was passed. Up until today I am still waiting for feedback from them, my second temporary license issued by them has expired again!! I have no license disc after 3 months! and was promised refund for the pads which has also not happened!!

There is a lot more to this story and will report this Supplier to the consumer commission!
