Poor service from Midrand Multifranchise

I bought and fully paid for a Hyundai Sonata from Midrand Multifranchise on the 17th of October 2013. the car was delivered without wheel alignment and i had to take it to Tiger Wheel and Tyre the next day. the car was also not taken for valet. Now 40 days later the car is still not registered in my name and i have called them a lot of times and every time there is an excuse. They don't call back or reply emails. I am also yet to receive my refund for the wheel alignment. I have never seen a dealer so poor service like this.
