COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED

On the 2/7/2013 I took the car to Midrand Multifranchise & I told them that the car has been giving me problems when I want to start it & I had mentioned this on the previous service & nothing was done about it. They then booked it in; called me on 03/7/2013 with a quote of R4, 219.14, I then said to them; I need time to raise the amount as I didn't see this coming. I asked for the car keys but the guy said he won't give me the car keys until I have paid him. When I asked what the payment was for, he said it was for labour, as their technicians had spent time looking @the car. I then said 2 him I can't pay 4 labour as this was mentioned on the previous service & nothing was done about it. He went to his superior & came back saying its fine. He gave me an invoice with a nil amount but stating that I don't want to repair the car & will be driving at own risk, & I mean this is not what I said.
I'm finding it hard 2 trust this service provider again; I'm even asking myself if the quote they gave me is legit. The 1 of messing up my car's record just sickens me. I mean that's bad 4 my car's record. I'm completely disappointed by Midrand Multifranchise's service or lack of service thereof
