I bought a car at Imperial Select Menlyn in March 2013 from Willie. I received really good service when I bought the car. The day I went to collect my car I received the car only with one key and a promise that the spare key and new registration papers will be delivered to me within one week. The coded key I received was broken. They promised to repair the broken key. After the first week I did not receive my spare key, registration papers or the fix of the broken key. After numerous calls, promises and excuses that they are trying to relocate the spare key, or alternatively make a new one, I went to Imperial Select Menlyn yesterday (23/07/13), asking why I did not receive my spare key yet. This is almost 4/5 months after buying my car and I still do not have a spare key. I received yet another excuse with no spare key. I was promised that someone will phone me the following morning with a solution, but I have not received any yet.
