Imperial Select Multi Franchise
1 Year later and still no spare key as promised

I bought a KIA picanto from Imperial Select The Glen more than a year ago. The day the vehicle was delivered, I was promised that the spare key would be delivered once it was found in Cape Town where the car originally came from. After numerous mails, its a year later and I still do not have the key. We are now at a point where if I mail the dealership they completely ignore me. I'm now at a point where I don't know what to do anymore.
I will never buy a car from Imperial again.
