I purchased a Hyundai i20 from above mentioned dealer. I requested a towbar and Smash and Grab additionaly. On delivery of the car there was a big paint scratch on the front bumper. I was told that it will be fixed. The car was delivered on 20 July without the installation of the towbar and smash and grab. Today is 30 July 2013 and all these problems have not been solved. yesterday the car was collected at 08h30 for the towbar and paint job. Dirk was well aware of the fact that I do not have alternative transport and need the car by 16h00. The car was delivered at 17h45. Only the towbar was finalized. I had to make several calls over the passed ten days to get service. I really had a bad experience and I need the paint work to be done but I can no longer deal with the people at menlyn. I did sent a email to the branch manager last week. I had absolutely no feedback from him. I will never do bussiness again with Imperial Select and I expect feedback from this complaint
