DECLINED???

On 30 April 2013 i received a call from Zaffar Cassim (REF NR: SI2013042904788) telling me that my application has been declined because I am not meeting FNB's requirements! I have had 3 salary payments to the account, and have debit orders from the account. This is my primary account, and yet I am still not being approved for a smart device. This is one of the primary reasons for switching to FNB and if I can't get that, I might as well go somewhere else. On top of that, if it hasn't been approved, why can't I apply again on online banking? I phoned again to reapply as I DO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS and was told that it can't be scored, I have to wait another 30 days. You do everything FNB asks you to do and then you get declined! WHAT A JOKE! Now I have to wait another month to reapply because someone's not doing their job... FNB how can we NOT help you...
