Ridiculous Customer Service

I had a problem with my internetbanking, and it took me more than an hour on the phone just to get a hold of someone who could help me. This is a joke! I have still not been helped, and have just been told by an automated machine voice that they cannot complete my transaction. I have never struggled so much to get someone to answer a simple question
