I'm so disappointed by the service I receive from my bank regarding the Home loan application, the loan was approved and the house we changed the first house we chose cause there was another family sign offer to purchase first but FNB approved us 3000705871171 and evaluated the house, we have been advised to look for another house guess what after we got the house, it was declined 300070598903 cause I'm on indefinite contract but my hubby is a permanent employee at MTN and I was only a surety/ secondary as he is a main account holder and he is the one who will pay, why FNB is doing that to us, giving us high hope and now we got the house we want, they declined it, why? I've been banking with FNB for many years and my salary is paid to them for the past 6 yrs now, i have a high BRI and have notice deposit with more than hundred thousand rands, i would like to know why they approved it in the first place and within 10 days they declined it, is it the thank I'm getting for banking with FNB, i don't owe anything from the bank, they have my money, i guess i have to close the account and move to another bank that they don't even have my record but approved me 100% way more than my own
