Approved and then declined!!!

I applied for a cell phone on my internet banking as FNB so gratefully advertises!! after two days I received a sms stating that it was declined! I tried to phone the number that the supplied with the sms only to find that the number was NOT correct!! finally I phoned fnb head office and was transferred to about 5 people before getting someone that could actually assist me, then I applied over the phone and the guy said that it was approved, I was unable to order my device because the first application was declined by some stating that I am a high risk!! I don't understand this as I have no payments behind on ANYTHING! infact I actually pay all my accounts off earlier then needed!! now FNB wants to tell me that I cant afford R150pm!!! I even went into the branch and they keep telling me that the call centre needs to assist me!! this is ridiculous as fnb has all of these great adverts but in fact they cant help me!! what is the point in staying with fnb??!?!?!?!!?!?!?!? I hope a senior manager gets back to me so that this can get sorted out!!!
