Following being told for the millionth time that my smart device "issues" had been escalated, on Tuesday 23rd July, by 13h32 on Friday the 26th of July 2013, as I anticipated NOBODY from FNB has bothered contacting me regarding my smart device application (which was applied for & approved telephonically on Monday the 1st of July 2013). I once again had to run after FNB and try and establish what is going on. I dialed 0860 102 970 (option 6) and spoken to Themba who informed me that on the 24th of July 2013, my smart device application was declined due to I sufficient turnover. I AM FURIOUS!! Firstly how was the application approved when I did the telephonic application on the 1st of July 2013, and then 23 days later the application is declined? Also I was not informed on Wednesday that the application had been declined - I did not receive an email, an SMS or a phone call. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL!! Also when I did the telephonic application I discussed this matter with the woman I was dealing with and she informed her that my my net salary on a monthly basis (R17000) was sufficient in order to qualify for the smart device. Can somebody at FNB who knows what is going on, get t
