SMARTPHONE OFFER

I applied for the smartphone offer on the 28th May got an sms on the 29th saying i will be contacted shortly, and that turned out to be never, till i decided to follow up Yesterday only to be told it was declined for some reason unknown to the agent then i was advised to do it telephonically as i will get scored immediately and will be approved or declined right then, so thats what i did and yes it was approved i was told to expect a call from the courier company between 10 to 20 working days, the lady said i will receive an sms with my reference no, well that hasn't happened, on the contrary i received an sms telling me that my application was declined??? so today its approved, tomorrow its declined huh? so i called the number on the sms and i'm still on hold as i type this. I guess FNB only cares about its new clients and doesnt give a about us whom have been there from the start and influences our friends and families to join FNB thinking its the best... well not anymore. FNB JUST CHOOSE 1 THING, ITS EITHER I AM DECLINED OR APPROVED REALLY NOW, its not a train smash to be declined on this offer.
