Hi

I applied for an fnb account because of the smart phone device.after opening the account changing my bank (salary and debit orders) I was told by the smart phone department that I do not qualify for the smart phone device, this was not stipulated to me while i was applying for this account.after numerous phone calls that I had to make over the course of 10 days only then was I informed that is was declined. Thankfully I did not close my n account, they were the ones that have approved me for an overdraft and credit card where fnb declined me.why would I want to remain with fnb that wants to do nothing for me as a client. what an awful first 10 days of banking experience with fnb.
