On the 29th June I applied on the FNB online banking for a Galaxy S4. Today (3 July) I phoned in to confirm they have received the order however, after being on hold for 30 minutes I was told that the application had been declined. On the terms and conditions agreement it stated that if the application was declined the client would be notified of this - I was not. Also, the consultant could not give me a reason as to why the application was declined either - which is illegal. The consultant then told me I needed to reapply however, if I try to do so online I get "you have already taken up this offer". I then proceeded to the Carlswald branch to speak to someone regarding the matter and possibly reapply. After waiting 1 and a half hours on a business day the consultant took 30 minutes just to hand me a phone with the same people as I contacted this morning. Big waste of my time. Please may someone have this escalated and get back to me.
