Still awaiting my overdraft

I have been approved for an overdraft with FNB. My documents was sent back on the 28th of March and now they say the quote has expired... So on Tuesday this week I re applied and was told the new documents will reach me with in 48 hours and still nothing. When you call them you get transfered to 5 different people and at the end get cut off. I changed to FNB a month ago and think I made the wrong choice...
