Overdrafts application taking longer than expected

I have applied for an overdraft and I need the overdraft rather quickly since I had to put my electrician on hold. I have been approved in principle but am still waiting for the quotation documents to be mailed to me. It's basically all that is still required for the overdraft process to be completed.

This complaint is not to reflect badly on the bank but rather to tell them that some processes are taking too long. In the past our overdrafts was approved immediately and the funds was available immediately.
