On the 29Th of march I applied for an overdraft through the nedbank call centre the lady I spoke to assured me my overdraft would be processed with in 24-48 hours of me submitting the necessary documents, which I submitted on Tuesday morning (2 April), hoping I would hear from her later that day, it is now the 9th of April and I am yet to hear from Nedbank, I have called the call centre a number of times asking for feedback however the responses I get is someone will call me back!!! days later I still haven't not received a single phone call!
