Overdraft facility provisioning problems

We applied for a Overdraft facility on Jan 28 and completed the forms and emailed them back on Jan 29. We were contacted by FNB Business that same day saying the overdraft was approved however they needed to send a courier to collect the originals and once FNB have the originals the overdraft would be activated. We were told that this should be done in less than 48 hours.
This is where the problem starts. We then waited 5 days until a courier shows up for the documents. We then wait another day and phone Mrs Ramalepe asking if the overdraft is activated. She tells us she does not have the originals yet and the courier service will only release them the next day, but that it should be activated in the morning. Well, the morning came and went and still no overdraft.
This is entirely unprofessional and very disappointing behaviour from FNB Business
