First National Bank how can we NOT help you eve

I refer to the below mentioned complaint that i put on hellopeter a while back, still noone has contacted me back yet, I have always been loyal to FNB but this is now going to change

On the 7th of October 2013 I submitted an application for an overdraft on my business chueque account with FNB. I have been messed around for a week, I have met all the criteria and there is no reason why my overdraft should not have been approved. This morning my overdraft was declined by FNB wrongfully.
