First National Bank
No reply Follow up on Overdraft Application

I applied for an overdraft via my Online Banking on the morning of Friday 18 January.
Since then I had to phone after FNB to find out what is happening with this application.
I was eventually asked to forward my payslip and return the quote sent to me with my signature on.
I sent these documents trough to FNB on the 22nd.
I was told my documents has been received and i should receive an answer in 48 Hours.
I am still waiting.
I have been with FNB for about 5 years.
I would expect an overdraft application to be completed in less than 2 days.
