Maybe FNB not such a good bank!!!

I opened a business bank account after being six years with Standard bank and FNB seemed to provide more options for my business as we keep on expanding. First we did the online account system which got our email address wrong and after us phoning the bank were the correct documents send to us, then you did not get the CK1 documents which we attached the first time around... I asked the person that I spoke with that I want an overdraft, credit card and petrol card as I currently have with standard bank, and was told no problem... AT last account opened after they up something with the cards and I had to go into the branch, which I don't have time for... I transferred money into the account and applied for an overdraft, and guess what no reply applied, again I reapplied this time declined due to poor handling of account ()... I tried phoning the number on the mail and they tell its the wrong number now i'm getting the run around... if this does not get solved today then I will be transferring my money back and close the stupid f accounts
