I applied on-line and was approved for an FNB private clients bank account. However since then I have made numerous calls to have a banker allocated to me and arrange for my card to be delivered. Each time I am told that a banker will be allocated but then I hear nothing. Eventually I was contacted by a banker and promised to have documents sent the next day... I am still waiting 3 days later!

I would not have expected this kind of service from a supposed "premier" bank. After this poor service I think I will stick with Investec!
