Poor service in the name of premier banking

I phoned my premier banker about a card that was supposed to be delivered nov 2012 that has not been delivered even today. Banker promised to arrange it to be delivered at woodmead branch, it was delivered in PTA and I have to go collect it.

Applied for a loan and overdraft last week Monday, even today I have not gotten any concrete answer. Premier banker does not respond to calls, I arranged a meeting with mr Fannie Roos, he never pitched. A premier bankers colleague was brought to the meeting which defeated my efforts to meet with someone senior. Fannie Roos calls and tell me he was not aware of the meeting. Called him today and he promised to call in 5 min, no call. Made an application at branch, only after 3 days I hear pay slip is not clear. Re submit, day of feedback. Again pay slip is not clear. This is the second week going to the bank and calls but no fruits. What is premier about this service??? I have been inconvenienced by this false promise of How can we help u. Fnb has failed to help.
