Credit Card Not Delivered - A Month And Counting

Despite my previous complaints about FNB on hellopeter NOTHING has been done. I applied for a Visa Platinum Credit Card, on 31 Dec 2012, at FNB The Glen after being hounded by advertising to get one. I was told that the application would take 7 working days until I receive my card. On 8 Jan 2013 I received an email from FNB notifying me that my credit card account has been approved and I would be contacted shortly for delivery of my card. Since then I have had no service from FNB. I have complained numerous times at the branch, to hellopeter, and to the Premier Banking Division. On one occasion a clearly incompetent Premier Banker emailed me back stating that "a request has been sent to admin to process your credit card application". This was on 23 Jan 2013. I responded explaining that there was no need as it had already been approved. The banker responded with further nonsense about the application only being "approved in principle". I then contacted another Premier Banker, Anna Mohlala, directly who was very helpful and knew what she was doing. Despite the best efforts from Miss Mohlala I STILL have not received my card. FNB's advertising is great but the service is disgusting!
