I've been an Outsurance client since 2006 and I've always had great service and the best pricing. When I bought my second car, Outsurance was the only company that could assist on a Saturday afternoon and I was covered in -15 minutes. I've received my outbonus at least 3 times I think and my premiums have always been the best and I've gotten quotes from other insurers.
They have also given me great advice and protected me from making mistakes.
Your call centre staff is always friendly and really do bend over backwards for their clients!!
I honestly don't know how you get to have friendly staff everytime, but you are doing something right.
