Pathetic Service

When I got upgraded to FNB private client, it took about 12 days before a private banker was allocated to me.
This is where all the fun started. I asked for forx currency to be arranged for me at 1 of the branches 7 working days before I wanted to pick it up. 4 days before Christmas I was told due to this time of year, I must go to Pretoria or Johannesburg to pick up the forex there. So FNB must then say, we offer these services, but during this time we dont do this and this and this...
My private banker's assistant was useless to say the least, he said he will phone me back in 15 mnutes, its now over 3 weeks later, still waiting for the calls.
I then asked for another personal banker again 7 working days ago, I phoned them yesterday, and still no response from FNB at all.
Think twice before becoming a Private client at FNB, their service is pathetic and useless. I got much better service as a normal platinum status client.
I think it is time I change my bank, but where to becuase all are pathetic in terms of service.
FNB you were great in the beginning, now you are even worse than the others.
