Poor response from Banke

Hi. I want to complain about my Premier Banker, and ask that I get appointed a new. I used to have an excellent banker, but she moved on. The newly appointed banker is giving me very poor service. I asked more than a month ago that an account gets opened for a Trust that I am a founder of. He has collected my documentation and informed me that I need to go to the branch to sign some documents. I have queried about more info, on where to go etc, but I am not getting any response. I then yesterday sent a new request, but I am not getting any feedback from him. This is EXTREMELY urgent as I need to get my trust tax registered, but I need an account number before I can do this. But there is just no urgency from my banker. I need this resolved ASAP.
