New Private Bank account with ZERO feedback

FNB, please advise as to why you bother with your marketing when you clearly cannot live up to it?? I opened a private bank account end January, where I'm supposed to be having a Private banker assigned to me. But to date, trying to find out who this dimwit is and what their number is, is like pulling teeth! Why am I required to come and collect my FNB debit card when my credit cards get couriered to me? Why was I not offered this option firstly, and why do you send emails and SMS's saying I need to collect it from the JHB SUITE? Where on earth is the JHB Suite!? We are supposed to be your high earning clients, and this is the service we get, and get told to CALL our Private Banker to arrange for the card to be delivered to us! Am not sure who the client is - me or you?! Then I get given a number to call being 011 352-1234 - I've called 5 times, of which four of the 5 times, the call never gets answered, and the only time the call is answered, they hang up! Please cancel my account! This is NOT the service I signed up for and will retain my existing account with my current bank!
