FNB- very dissapointed!

I received USD last Wednesday, but it never cleared. Monday evening, I emailed my private banker as well as the 24 hour premier suite. I had 3 questions. Is he my allocated personal banker? Could he check up on the forex payment? And could he go ahead with financing a vehicle for me? I explained that I am currently overseas, offshore, and I am NOT contactable via telephone, ONLY via email.
No reply from 24 hour service!
I got a reply from my personal banker, he told me that I used the wrong code to clear forex funds, and gave me a telephone number to contact, and told me the vehicle finance needs to go through the private to private vehicle finance department, and supplied me with a telephone number for them.
Which leaves me still wondering, who is my private banker?
I now have telephone numbers to sort out queries myself, but I made it very clear I do not have access to a telephone at my current location. Surely a private banker is there to help with problems/queries like these? I can google search a telephone number. And really expected more from a private banker than googliing a telephone number, and forwarding it to me.
