I HAVE BEEN PATIENTLY WAITING FOR A MONTH FOR MY PENSION TO BE PAID OUT. I RECEIVED AN SMS ON 13 FEBRUARY TO SAY MY MONEY WOULD BE PAID IN WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS.
I WAITED AND WAITED AND ON 20 MARCH PHONED IN AND SPOKE TO A KATLEGO. SHE SAID THE PAYMENT HAD NOT BEEN AUTHORISED.
I THEN SPOKE TO A FRANCOIS WHO SAID THAT THERE IS DOCUMENTATION MISSING. HOW CAN THIS BE? AND WHY HASN'T ANYONE BOTHERED TO PHONE ME AND ASK FOR THE SAID DOCUMENTS?
I THEN EMAILED A COPY OF MY ID AND BANKING DETAILS TO YOUR ADMINISTRATION DEPT. A SUPERVISOR (DIDN'T GET HER NAME) PHONED ME BACK AND SAID SHE WOULD PUT A RUSH ON MY CLAIM.
THIS MORNING I PHONED AND SPOKE TO A VERONICA WHO SAID SHE IS NOT AWARE OF WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CLAIM AS THE CLAIM IS NOW WITH YOUR ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT.
I AM BEYOND FOR THE POOR SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM YOUR COMPANY AND IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND I WILL TAKE MATTERS FURTHER.
