Alexander Forbes pride themselves as you good financial institute. Please explain to me why would they not pay out a pension fund. They have send more than 3 times that SARS directive has been denied. We will phone SARS end they would say that they haven't denied the payout as there is nothing wrong. Then we spoke to Customer Services again and they would re-submit the claim, the same thing over again. customer Services informed us then that they submitted the wrong details on my sons name but this is actually for myself. I phoned again and then the phone was thrown done in my air because the lady didn't't have answers. This has been going on now for over 2 months. Why I don't understand when they took the money from my salary for the pension that was done immediately and monthly, now that I claim they take forever to pay out monies that rightfully belong to me. Please can some-one explain as all procedures were followed.
