Pension Money not getting sorted

I phoned about a month and half ago about my pension fund being paid out. They told me it was transferred. I said i wanted it paid out. So they said they will follow up. I phoned again 2 days ago to hear what is happening and nothing was done about the situation. They said they will report to team leader and must phone 2 days later. I phoned again today STIL!!! nothing has happened they then told me the team leader will phone me. Guess what no one phoned me. Now im still waiting for my pension money being paid out from my previous company i was with. My new company is also with them. Trust me im going straight to the HR and going to tell them how bad the service is and how they to you. Im also gonna let my company know i want a other pension fund. Hope this get sorted out
