I was working For the Pretoria Eye Institute and resigned end of November 2012. I was told that my pension fund would be paid out in on about 8 weeks time. I changed banks and I send through all my changed bank details on the 9th of January 2013. I inquired about the fund on the 4th of March and when Else emailed your company, only then they asked that they need my Marriage certificate. I send it to Else at the Eye Institute that same day. And again after that i waited not receiving any money. The 23 April'13 I emailed Else again to inquire about the pension fund and she replied the payment was made on the 18 of March, I went to the bank and there was no money paid into my account, so I emailed Else again saying that you must have paid the money into Absa after we specifically send through my changed banking details on the 9th Jan'13. Now Kumarin Naransammy emailed me telling me that I need to fill in forms and get bank statements. I don't have time to take off at work and correct something that was not my fault. I logged a complaint on Alexander Forbes Website the 10 May 2013 and still has not received any feed back. I want urgent attention to this please.
