I received an sms from Alexander Forbes to say that a claim was being processed on my behalf. Apparently, there was a re-calculation of previous benefits from a pension fund withdrawal. I was asked to submit documentation, which I did. Thereafter, I followed up with the client liaison service to determine the details of the claim (i.e. exactly how much was this claim for). Thus far, I've sent 3 emails and called twice to get this information - nothing has been forthcoming. The people at the call centre say that they are unable to divulge the information and direct me to the email address but whoever is manning this does not respond. Please help!
