I have 2 claims that was submitted to Alexander Forbes. One being a divorce order and one being a pension claim. On the 29th January 2013 I have submitted all outstanding dopcumentation to Alexander Forbes by hand regarding my divorce claim. On ocational phone calls they have told me that they have received the required paperwork for the divorce claim and I will have to wait 60 days for the money to be paid out. Today the 25th of February I received a call from my laywer stating that they are requesting the exact same paperwork, that they have signed and confirmed by the calls made that they have received the paperwork. I have now made numerious promises to my landlord and debt organisations for payment to be made. Yet Alexander forbes have no sense of urgency. On my pension money I was promised that the money wll be in my bank account today the 25th of February. Today I was told by the call centre it can still take another 7 to 14 days for payment.
