Unclaimed Benefit Pension fund

I have been trying to get a response from Alexander Forbes since 3/5/2013. My pension was supposed to be paid out in 2012 when I turned 60. I phoned and spoke to Vuyokazi Mashiqa. She gave me an e-mail address for the admin department. She also notified me that my pension paid out the 20/4/2011 and my membership number changed. I am trying to get proof of payment from them. Nobody is coming back to me. I have sent numerous e-mails, but nobody is coming back to me. My original number was M0011194 and it changed to M01279737
