I have a pension fund claim that my previous employer's HR department was handling for me, I never received any feedback from the Pension fund administrator's in case being Alexander Forbes, I contacted their call centre last year on the 11 th of December and have been speaking to numerous call centre agents who each give me a different story, but basically they claim they could not reach me for 5 years but my cell phone number nor my address has changed in that 5 years they then stated that they were missing my tax details details and once i supplied them with information they would speedily pay out my claim within 7-14 working days, I followed up on the 27th of December and was told my claim was never escalated and would be made top priority and definitely be paid to me at latest the 23rd of January, from my experience with Alexander Forbes my husband called in yesterday to follow up if payment was on track and again was told that my claim was forwarded to Management and that management never escalated it at all, so in other it seems that my claim will NEVER be paid out if Alexander Forbes have anything to do with it, thank you for the most ridiculous and pathetic service ever!!!
