Pathetic admin and inexcusable erro

I have been waiting patiently while my pension claim was being processed by my previous employer and the Alexander Forbes staff. Upon receiving the sms that my papers were being processed i phoned in to find out how long it would take for the payment to go through, I was told 7-14 days. Again i waited patiently trusting all was well, come day 14 NO PAYMENT. On this day I made 4 or more phone calls to find out what is happening, first I was told the payment was made but was rejected and i needed to submit my id documents again, frustrated i did so on the same day. I phoned in again to check my documents were received and how the process is progressing. In the next call i was told that due to a SPELLING mistake my payment had been rejected, the difference of an "e" where there should have been an "a", (Bothe instead of Botha). On the forth call to check things again the girl i spoke to earlier who told me the payment was made, but i was never notified, then told me the payment was NEVER made, there was no evidence on her system that a payment had been issued, after putting me on hold to "check with the other ladies" her story changed to the payment having been made but being rejected
