Last week thursday i have applied for an onlice credit card application iwas told that my application its in progress and given a reference no 5bbz1kku and their contact details. I called in spoke to some lady who was on training and she tried to explain to me that my application could nt be picked up as I had another pending application that was not finished and she explained that she will cancell that other application and continue with the new 1, then I was transfered to new businessz asked that lady couple of question then she hang up on me. I just swicthed to Fnb from absa withing 3 months with then is this the service I get clueless abd attitude call center agents that hang the phones to their clients is this the way that FNB LEAVE THEIR LOGO 'HOW CAN WE HELP YOU' all I i needed was to apply for a credit card that's it
