So you need an ebucks card in order to earn the points, so I duly apply for one only to recieve the welcome letter and brochure in the post but no card... call the call centre only to be told that 'there is a shortage of ebucks cards' but you can purchase one at Canal Walk or pay for one to be couriered to you!!! What?!? offer a rewards program but make me pay for it - i dont think so... apparently there has been a shortage of cards since January... so how about telling me this when I apply for it or maybe consider putting a note in the letter??? This is just plain bad customer service...
