Dear Standard Bank
I have been a valued standard bank account holder for over 5 years now. I have no complaints about your service or even the expensive fees. The problem arises from my credit card application i made in the branch in Kuils River last year October and the application was declined because apparently my credit scoring is to low??? A very fallacious reason to decline my application and i was then told to reapply a few months later. So i applied twice for a credit card online and have gotten no response from you thus far pertaining to the status of the application which i made within this month. I will even be satisfied with an sms or email. I did check the criteria for the specific credit card i applied for and met the all the requirements. I wait your speedy response.
