Woolworths dont want credit card holders

I have been trying to apply for for a Woolies credit card for some time

1. The application was extremely frustrating and time consuming. (application via the web, bugs prevented the application going through and I had to recapture my application about 8 times! (all my personal details etc...)
2. Once the application was successful there was no feedback whatsoever. It was as if I hadn't applied. I had to phone into the call center to get the ball rolling.
3. I finally get an SMSa few weeks ago saying that a consultant will get hold of me, and am still waiting, and havent heard from anyone.

This is so disappointing as i really always believed Woolworths was at the top of its game, but it is not.
Perhaps an ebucks / discovery credit card will be better for me.
