Kulula credit card limit not increased

Dear Peter

I applied for a Kulula credit card which is adminisred by fnb in 2010 and up to now i have not increased my credit card limit. On the 14th of august 2013 i applied for the limit increase and up to now there is no response regarding the status of my application. I have called several times to check on progress but i keep on being told that all documents were received but we are still processing the application. My question is does it take a month to approve or decline a limit increase?? According to the national credit act, am i not entitled to know the outcome of my application??
I am very disgruntled with the way my application was handled. I need an explanation as to why my application took this long and why i do not have feedback from kulula credit card
