I live in a complex in the lorraine area of Port Elizabeth. I had a recent burglary at my home on tuesday and the got away with my television as well as a gaming console. On wednesday morning i got all my paperwork in order and sent it off to Santam's documents department. That same day it was confirmed that all my documentation were in order and that an assessor will be appointed as soon as possible. I was contacted the next monday by an assessor by the name of Lebrun van der Merwe. He made an appointment with me for the following day. The service I received from this man made me feel like the insurance cares about their clients and do not act as "double backers" like the radio add says. I would like to thank everyone at the Santam P.E office for their responsive and professional service. I would highly recommend Santam to anyone who wants peace of mind with their short term insurer. This really is "Insurance Good And Proper"
