First National Bank
No response to credit card application

I applied for a platinum credit card on the 3rd of October, It has been more than 2 weeks and still I have NO credit card!!! I had to phone FNB 4 times just to ensure they send me a quote for signature, after I had to re-do the application on-line and over the phone. Then, when I send back the signed quote, I don't hear anything for more than a week. I thought It would be delivered to me within a week of application??? THANKS FNB for the HORRIBLE service to a client with a Platinum account. I thought Premier banking replied to complaints? I have lodged 2! Nothing yet
