Horrible Credit Card Application

Im really dissapointed at how my FNB credit card application was handled. Did an online application on the 27 May 13, and i accepted the quotation that the system provided to me. I was then asked to submit my payslip, which i did. A day later a guy asked me to send through my marriage certificate, and also did that. I waited for a day or so, then phoned the Premier suite on the 30 May around 18:30 to check the status of my application, i was then told my application is approved and i'll get a call from the credit card division the next day which is was the 31 May. But that never happened, until i picked up the phone and called the 011 623 2210 number to track progress, unfortunatley the guy who assisted me, said my application from his side has been closed, he will refer me to another section where they'll read out a quote for me. I was transfered to another section 0860 102 490. Iwas told my application was approved, but i never accepted the credit, so the application has to be re-scored, which was not true at all, since noboby ever phoned me to read me out the qoute and offer the card. I then phoned the Premier suite, they were also not helpful..FNB, banked with for 13yrs
