Hi,

I applied for a limit increase for my credit card almost 3 weeks ago. I have supplied all documentation that they have requested from me since the application but they still request documents that I have already sent to them. I constantly have to call them to find out on the status of my application and only then each consultant that receives my call tells me there is something they need which I have not been contacted for to send to them.

I called them today and was told I need to submit a letter that states the duration of my contract since I am a foreign national. I have sent the same letter to them atleast twice already.

Please could you resolve this with the credit card division so that my application can be finalised.
