Debiit Order Reversal

I had called into dial direct on the 20th December 2012 to cancel my policy because my excess was high so i sought to find an alternative insurance company. The consultant i dealt with advised me that the instruction for the debit order had already been sent to the bank of which i understood, then was told to either go to the bank or call in to reverse transaction of which i did on the 3rd when i spoke to Sindy. I called in last week on Monday and Spoke to Claudelle and was assured that the reversal was sent and it takes 5 working days from instruction date. Spoke to Priya today in the morning, she said she is not sure whether reversal was sent to the accounts department asked me if i had received a reference number, in reply i said YES but it is on my Nokia N8 and i am using a different phone.
